Backups: We back up your data on a consistent and recurring basis. advaise.app has a built-in failover system, so if one system malfunctions, the software switches over to another.
Data at Rest: We partner with one of the world’s leading cloud services provider, who ensures that all data stored is encrypted through 256-bit AES encryption and is FIPS 140-2 compliant.
Data in Transit: Our cloud services partner secures your data using various encryption methods, protocols, and algorithms, including double encryption.
Data Privacy: You are the owner of the data that you provide for storing and hosting in advaise.app. We do not share your data with advertiser-supported services, nor do we mine it for any purposes like marketing research or advertising.
Rigorous Assessments & Testing: We implement a rigorous and repeatable process to discover and correct security bugs, including security control reviews automated testing of API endpoints.
Unique Usernames and Passwords: advaise.app requires each user in your organization to have a unique username and password that must be entered to log in.
Administrative Controls: If you are an organization owner or administrator, you decide who works in your organization and the modules that they can access. In addition, users can restrict access to individual objects that they manage, including but not limited to proposals, engagements and invoices.
