AI features
advaise.app contains powerful AI features built-in to help streamline your everyday activities. Here are just a few examples:
- Generate content from your documents: Upload your organization documents to the knowledge base in the organizations module. advaise.app can then use that information throughout to generate relevant content, for example creating roles and competencies, activities and deliverables for services, creating case studies and insights.
- Evaluate staff and candidates: Upload staff and candidate resumes to evaluate them against a role with competencies.
- Searchable help: You can search for help using the AI-assisted help function.
Go to the icon in the top right-hand corner that has 3 lines and an arrow to open the slider menu.
- Go to the ask me a question tab.
- Type in your question.
- Hit the send icon.
- Your question and answer will appear in the panel below
These questions will still be available in the same login session if you open the Ask me a question menu again. This is so you can complete the required action, but still have the information available to refer back to if needed.
- Searchable knowledge base: You can search for answers based on documents uploaded to your organizations knowledge base.

- Go to the ask me a question tab to search for general help on navigating and using advaise.app .
- Click on the question mark icon to
- Change to query documents to search your organisations knowledge base.
- You can now ask questions and the answers will be based on the documents loaded to the knowledge base for your organization.
- Re-write: Clicking on the re-write button will change the wording on the selected item. You will find re-write on all documents such as client proposals, engagement status reports and charters, and job openings.
