Subscribe and manage subscription

Subscribe to advaise.app

To manage your subscription, navigate to the subscription tab on the organizations page. Here you will find sections for manage, seats, and AI credits.

In the Manage section, click Subscribe to open the checkout page.

Update your selections on the checkout page:

1. Change the quantity of seats
2. Change the slider to opt for annual billing to receive a discount
3. If you have a promotion code, add it here
4. Enter credit card details. These card details will be used for recurring monthly or annual subscriptions.
5. Check the box to save your information for future changes to your subscription.
6. Subscribe. By subscribing, you agree to our terms of service and privacy policy.

Assign seats to users

Monitor AI credit usage

In the AI credits section you will find graphs displaying:

1. Credit balance: Shows the available balance of purchased AI credits, excluding those included in user seats.
2. Credit used by period: Displays AI credits used in the previous 28 days across all activities, divided into 7-day blocks.
3. Credit used by activity: Breaks down AI credits used by activity as a percentage of total credits used in the last 28 days. Activities include:

• Answer: Responding to questions using the organization's knowledge base.
• Extract: Generating content by extracting data from documents.
• Index: Indexing new knowledge base documents so the system can search them.
• Rewrite: Revising text in free-text fields.

4. View individual AI credit transactions in the table, where each use of AI credits is recorded.

Update subscription

If your organization already has a subscription to advaise.app, clicking on Manage or Update seats will take you to the page to manage your subscription.

Click Update plan to change your organization's plan

You can change the number of seats or switch between Monthly and Yearly subscriptions.

Cancel subscription

To cancel your organizations subscription, in the manage section, click on manage to take you to the page to manage your subscription.

Select the cancel plan button

Click cancel plan to cancel your organization's subscription.

Note: This will cancel the renewal. Your existing subscription is non-refundable and access to advaise.app will continue until the end of your billing period.
