Client needs
When conducting client research, understanding what the client needs provides important background. It helps others to understand the context in which to offer services to a client.
You can find client needs in the clients module, under the research tab for a particular client.
Click on the + Add button to create a need for a client.
You can select a need that has already been defined in the markets module or you can create a need directly on the client research screen. If you create the need directly on this screen, it becomes available in the markets module. Don't forget to go over to the markets module and complete the need, including adding questions and marking it as approved. The need then becomes available to use for other clients as well as in services, markets and interviews.
Where a need has already been added to a client, click on the need to update the notes or delete it from the client.
