Proposal response

The proposal response tab is where you finalise the proposal document to be presented to the client.

Style

They style section allows you to manage the style template, logo and colours used in the proposal document.

Click the +Edit button to manage the style settings.

When creating a client proposal, it is important to make sure that it reflects your brand and style.

Template

advaise.app provides a number of pre-formatted templates to choose from that outline the overall style of the document. The templates are designed to be easy to use and save you time and effort when creating your proposal. You can select a template, save the style and view your proposal to get a feel for how each style looks. It is easy to come back to this page and update to check out other templates. Don't forget to refer to what style templates have been used in other proposals generated by your organization for consistency.

Logo

advaise.app will automatically use the logo entered in your organization profile. If you want to use a different logo for this proposal, you can upload it here. Having a logo that stands out can help make your proposal more memorable and professional. Make sure that the logo is high-quality and reflects your brand's values and style. Wherever possible, use a logo that does not contain a background.

Font

Choosing the right font is crucial when it comes to the overall style of your proposal. advaise.app offers a range of fonts to choose from. It is recommended to choose a font that is easy to read and matches your brand's style.

Primary and Secondary Colours

You can enter the primary and secondary colours as a hex code starting with #. It is recommended to choose colours that match your brand's style and is visually appealing. Refer to your brand style guide if available.


Proposal document

Here is where you can review and make final adjustments to the proposal before submitting it to the client. Information gathered from various tabs in the proposal workflow and other modules of advaise.app are used to populate the proposal document.

Review and update each section.

  1. You can expand each section by clicking on the up/down arrow to expand or collapse.
  2. Change the slider between yes and no to include or exclude sections from the proposal.
  3. Where an item is not pre-populated, the autofill slider will appear. Set this to yes to pull information from the relevant section of the proposal workflow.
  4. Use the Rewrite button to have the section re-worded by the AI-assistant.

Refresh and download

After you make updates, hit the Refresh button to pull these updates into the proposal document.

When the document is finalised and ready to present to the client, click the Download button. You can download as a PDF or into Word if additional changes are required.

Before presenting the proposal document to the client, don't forget to go into the Proposal management tab and request an request a Proposal submission approval.
