Engagement files

User uploaded files

This section can be used to manage files related to the engagement. Think of it as a filing cabinet for the engagement, so all information related to the engagement is contained within advaise.app.

Click on the +Add button to add a new file.

Any files from the client should be uploaded here. If the engagement charter or engagement status reports are downloaded to word and changes are made, the final version sent to the client should be added to the user uploaded files section.

Enter the relevant details:

File

Use the browse button to select the file.

File name

Provide a suitable file name that will allow users to understand what the attached file is.

Description

Provide a description of the document that will allow users to understand what information is in the file.
