AI credits
AI credits are a valuable resource in advaise.app, designed to enhance your experience and streamline your workflow. Here's everything you need to know:
- Each user seat in your organization is allocated a fixed number of AI credits per month. These credits are intended to support various AI-powered features within the platform, such as answering questions, extracting data, indexing documents, and rewriting text.
- It's important to note that AI credits expire each month on your organization's billing date. If a user exhausts their allocated AI credits for the month, additional AI credits can be purchased through the AI credits section on the organization's subscription page. Any purchased AI credits contribute to a shared pool of credits accessible to all users within the organization.
- Unused purchased AI credits also expire monthly, aligning with the billing date for the AI credit subscription. This ensures efficient utilization of resources and encourages proactive management of AI credit allocation.
Monitor your AI credit usage
On the subscription tab on the organizations page, go to the AI credits section.
- Credit balance: Shows the available balance of purchased AI credits, excluding those included in user seats.
- Credit used by period: Displays AI credits used in the previous 28 days across all activities, divided into 7-day blocks.
- Credit used by activity: Breaks down AI credits used by activity as a percentage of total credits used in the last 28 days. Activities include:
- Answer: Responding to questions using the organization's knowledge base.
- Extract: Generating content by extracting data from documents.
- Index: Indexing new knowledge base documents so the system can search them.
- Rewrite: Revising text in free-text fields.
- View individual AI credit transactions in the table, where each use of AI credits is recorded.
Purchase AI credits
If a user exhausts their allocated AI credits for the month, additional AI credits can be purchased by clicking Top up on the Subscription page in the Manage section.
This will take you to the stripe checkout page. You can choose the quantity of AI credit packs to purchase.
